Leveraging her cross-functional background, leadership acumen, and visionary approach, she has excelled as both a top-billing external agency recruiter and an internal Talent Acquisition corporate leader. Her consistent top-ranking performance in the field speaks to her expertise.
She excels in skillfully placing all salaried roles, particularly with Manager to C-Suite level roles, including extensive experience in recruiting for confidential positions on behalf of her clients. With a focus on adding value and implementing process and system solutions on a national scale, Tonya has decided to embark on her own journey at her firm, Leadman & Associates. Her mission is to utilize her creativity and executive recruiting experience, offering tailored solutions to meet her clients' unique needs. Tonya is known for her distinctive white glove approach that has led to remarkable success in matching top talents with leading organizations.
When she is not recruiting, she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her daughter and husband, rooting on the UNC Tarheels, or driving her motorcycle. Tonya is deeply committed to advocating for children and adults with Down Syndrome, passionately working to elevate awareness and support for the community.
